Sabor Catering Delivery Policy

At Sabor, we strive to make your catering experience seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. Please take a moment to review our delivery policy to ensure your order meets your expectations.

1. Delivery Area

We proudly deliver for free within 20 miles of Wallkill, NY to the following Counties: Orange, Dutchess and Ulster. If your event is outside our delivery range, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

2. Delivery Fees

For locations outside the 20 mile range, additional fees may apply, which will be discussed during the ordering process.

3. Minimum Order Requirements

We require a minimum order of $50.00 for deliveries. Orders below the minimum may incur additional charges or may not be available for delivery.

4. Delivery Time

Orders must be placed (7) SEVEN days in advance. Our team will confirm the delivery time upon order confirmation. Please allow a delivery window of approximately 30 minutes before your event to account for traffic or other unforeseen delays.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

- Order Changes: We understand that plans may change. You can make adjustments to your order up to 4 days before the event. Simply reach out to us via eat@sabor.click.

- Cancellations: Cancellations need to be made within 72 hours of scheduled delivery to avoid $50 cancelation fee.

6. Payment Terms

We accept credit cards, cash- when arranged in advance. Full payment is required at time of order.

7. Allergy & Dietary Accommodations

Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
